Employee Surveys
Employee opinions can have a financial impact for your organisation,
with regard to staff turnover, productivity, moral and customer service.
Listening to your employees' opinions is essential to making your company
better able to implement policies and procedures that can increase productivity,
manage change effectively and improve staff retention rates.
The benefits of acting on the information raised by an employee attitude survey,
have shown that staff retention and employee engagement can rise by 10% and
appreciation of leadership can increase by 20% over a year.
In order for your organisation to reap these benefits we will:
Design
Each company is unique and therefore the survey will reflect your needs and circumstances. We listen to your requirements and design the survey accordingly, taking measures to ensure validity and bias reduction.
Execute
We can present your survey on-line or as a printed paper/pen method for your employees to complete. After a short turnaround period, we will collate the information and present it to you in an easy-to-read report. It is designed to support you in planning for action.
Recommend Solutions
Your survey will give you interesting information that will needs to be acted on in order to give you a return of investment. This data gives you an opportunity to link the results with development or change programmes in the knowledge that you have listened to the employees that will be affected by the action.
Measure Results
As Business Psychologists we are used to dealing with statistical information, we will measure the impact of the recommended actions for your company in order to see a financial return on your survey investment.
Focus Groups
Insight Management Feedback recognises that questionnaires will not work for less than 30 people.
The statistics will not be valid or reliable, so we recommend focus groups and/or one to one interviews in a discrete and confidential environment.
Interviews and focus groups can be in-house for minimum disruption to the working day.
Full reports are given to the company while retaining full confidentiality of the interviewee.
